The Lemon Test

How Responsive are you to Suggestions?

A responsive exercise is to determine the level of susceptibility and capability to receiving  suggestions. Evaluating receptivity to hypnosis through understanding and willingness and ability to take suggestions. Determines the style of Hypnotic induction and the readiness to be hypnotized. It teaches the Co-Therapist how best to respond to the Hypnotherapist, as well as helps the Hypnotherapist how best to work with the Co-Therapist. It also teaches the Co-Therapist to use their imagination and focused attention to improve the results of a Hypnotherapy session. This exercise is normally performed during the initial first Hypnotherapy session prior to inducing hypnosis.
